Founded in 2008 by Erik Kortz, Stella Construction has grown from a one-man-operation to a full-service general contracting company. Now run by a team including his two best friends / business partners (Steven Balsavich & Joseph Malieswski) the company specializes in remodeling, additions, roofing projects and much more.

With over 60 years construction experience between the 3 owners, there isn’t any job that Stella can’t handle. Erik leads the companies remodeling and building projects, bringing his decades of experience to bear to beautify your home.

Joseph runs Stella’s deck division and manages daily construction needs.

Steven is a 3rd generation roofer and handles all of the roofing and siding projects as well as overseeing the day to day office management.
